THE DESTINY PROGRAM Completes Work On New Album

February 10, 2010

German hardcore/metal act THE DESTINY PROGRAM (formerly DESTINY) has completed work on its new album, "Gathas", for an April 23 release through Bastardized Recordings. The band states, "For the first time, we produced an album on our own and we are pretty satisfied with the result. For the mixing and mastering, we were able to work with our good friend Tue Madsen (HALFORD, BEHEMOTH, KATAKLYSM, THE HAUNTED) again." The CD cover artwork was created by Seldon Hunt.

A song from the upcoming album, "Avesta", will be made available via the group's MySpace page in the coming days.

THE DESTINY PROGRAM's last CD, "Subversive Blueprint", was released in September 2007 via Nuclear Blast Records. The follow-up to 2004's "The Tracy Chapter" (Lifeforce Records) was recorded with producers Anders Fridén (IN FLAMES) and Daniel Bergstrand and was mixed by Tue Madsen at his Antfarm studio in Denmark.

THE DESTINY PROGRAM's video for the song "Project Hoax", which was shot August 3-5, 2007 in Berlin with the True Jokx Videoproduction team, can be viewed below.
